CAR WASH!
EUGENE, OREGON--(May 17,
2008)-- By 11:00am the temperature was bumping the projected high
for the day and then went on to set a new high record for Eugene this time
of the year. The Charity Car Wash put on by the University Of Oregon
Football players was to collect monies for Paul Meewusen a good
friend of Cole Linehan that suffered a severe neck injury while riding
his motorcycle on a private tract of land with permissions from the
land owner in Hillsboro, Ore ..we offer him the best. Joel
(his brother) was at the car wash and Cole Linehan the car wash organizer
directed the efforts of the day's
duties.
Of course there has
to be a team effort on this.. and some advertising done by the classic
"sign holder on the street tactic" was ok ..but traffic was light until
the second relief sign holders showed up and took
over..
Things
then really started happening under the critical eyes and coaching by
coach Morrissey..he insured proper techniques were being
employed.
This
